Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pressed Hearts LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Business days within shipping policy refer to Monday through Saturday.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Pressed Hearts LLC ships within the USA to all 50 states, including D.C. and Puerto Rico. 

Shipment processing time

Orders of 10 items or less are processed within 2-3 business days. 11 or more items are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. For your order, please refer to carrier specific delivery policies on their respective websites (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

For bulk or wholesale orders, please email pressedhearts@gmail.com to request processing and shipping times as these are dependent upon size and items ordered (notepads are handmade and assembled and require longer processing times to ensure quality).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 3-4 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

During holidays (New Year's Day, Christmas, Hanukkah, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, and Columbus Day) shipping and delivery may be delayed due to carriers' operating schedules and high volume processing times. Please place your orders early to ensure adequate time for delivery. Unfortunately, Pressed Hearts cannot guarantee delivery date after Pressed Hearts has released package to specified carrier within your order.
